Starting the day it's delivered, you have 45 days to send it back for a full refund, no explanation required. Worn every day, taken swimming, used through weeks of workouts? None of that changes anything — the guarantee holds regardless.
Returning Your Order, Step By Step
- Contact our support team through the Hume Health app or the email on your order confirmation, letting them know you'd like to return your purchase.
- Look for a prepaid shipping label in your inbox within 1 business day.
- Pack the wristband, strap, and charging cable into any box you have — the original packaging isn't required.
- Drop the package off at a carrier location using the label we've sent.
- Once your return arrives and gets checked, the refund posts to your original payment method, generally within 5–7 business days.
What Comes Back To You
The full amount you paid for the device. If the optional 10-Year Warranty was added at purchase and you're returning the band itself, that add-on refunds too — nothing's left for it to cover once the device is gone.
Return Shipping Costs
We cover it entirely. The prepaid label doesn't cost you anything for returns made inside the 45-day window, provided the order came straight from humebands.com.
